I boosted the exposure by 5 stops. Then bring the exposure in curve and up a little contrast, bring up shadow and bring down the highlight to get a bit more exposure. Then correct black and white point based on histogram. 
Then I corrected the upright of the picture and crop a bit to get correct composition. 
Finally I bring up saturation  the saturation of blue aqua and purple, bring down orange yellow and red to get the intended color of the picture.
